Return Policy

  • If there is any issue with the delivered product (e.g., damage, defect, or incorrect item), we will either replace the product or provide a full refund, including applicable return shipping charges.
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product via phone or email for the return to be eligible.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused and unopened
    • Returned in its original packaging
    • Accompanied by the original invoice and box
  • Any return request will be reviewed thoroughly before approval.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 24–48 business hours of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • For prepaid orders cancelled by the customer, applicable transaction charges will be deducted.
  • For returns initiated by the customer (not due to product defect), courier/return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–9 business working days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or error from our side.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. To cancel an order, contact us at the earliest via phone or email.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If the product has been delivered but remains unopened, you may return it as per the return policy. In this case, return shipping will be at your expense.
