number of inches a person will lose. Our programmes do not sale a promise or a
magic pill or cure. However, all are expertise and scientific knowledge helps you to
loose the extra fat in most healthy and sustainable way possible.
Our program assesses past and present health concerns of a person in micro
details. We address the root causes focused on the gut microbiome at the same
time work on reducing inflammation at cellular levels if required. We work addressing
the five pillars of helath, i.e. Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, Emotional wellness and
Mindfullness.
Our Signature Programme spans over 12 weeks. Since the journey to
wellness is personal so, plans for six, nine or even 12 months are tailored
depending on an individual’s unique needs.

Yes! we recommend that clients/ patients undergo blood tests as part of our
approach to optimal wellness. Blood test provide us with valuable insights into the
health status of a person. We get info on nutrient deficiencies, hormone
imbalances and underlying health conditions. The blood test can be done after
joining the programme also.
